She’s old Mrs. Claus. And when you hang around with Santa, he can have some rather… Lasting effects on you… 😉
There is only ONE Mrs. Claus.
Also… not sure if it was ever made clear. Claire is human. Santa arranged things to give her a longer lasting life, which is why Claire is still around and didn't die hundreds of years ago.
Which probably did not do her good as all the grief did also not die
