Uh-oh.
Poor Bunny. He didn't read the Evil Overlord List:
"#48. I will treat any beast which I control through magic or technology with respect and kindness. Thus if the control is ever broken, it will not immediately come after me for revenge."
Wirds to live by, yet so few villains do.
I can't quite tell if The Fool is feigning having been injured or feigning having *not* been injured. Either way, the Bunny just made the mistake of getting too close AND putting the remote away. Tsktsk…
Obviously, the Forgotten didn't tell the Bunny everything. Why would they put all their eggs in one basket?
I agree. I think there are back deals being made behind the scenes.
Maybe The Fool developed a resistance to the shocks. Kinda like a shock collar, if you use a shock collar enough times, the dog would build up a resistance to it and eventually the collar would be useless. Knowing Bunny, he probably shocked The Fool every chance he got.
I don't think you can build up a resistance. it's more likely a tollerance.
Or maybe there are no Forgotten and April Fools has been tricking the Bunny. April Fools could have planned this whole thing and really been in control the whole time
Your giving him too much credit. It's more likely The Forgotten (which is the real big bad) saw the The Bunny as a sinking ship and sided up with April Fools instead.
Yeah I bet The Fool and Forgotten have teamed up. Maybe that's what happens in Volume 2. The Forgotten comes back alive (cause of something that happens in volume 2) as Winter?
That doesn't make sense. How could he be in The Bunny's head to make him hear voices?
Things are about to get real!
What happens with the bracelet anyway when the Fool morphs? Can it's shape change too? Maybe the Fool got rid of the bracelet soonish and mimicked it when in presence of the Bunny.
My bet would be that the Fool of April had been imitating the Forgotten this entire time. He is a shapeshifter, and the two have never been seen in the same place at the same time, and even if they had, he could easily be both. Plus, it would be the ultimate April Fools joke. Now I hope i'm wrong so that I didn't give the story away.
I think the fool has been a double agent all along. In fact, I think that the plans to which Robin alluded had to do with this very moment. Consider: We never saw him actually kill Arbor day. He didn't kill Teagan when he had the chance. He didn't participate in the epic battle of Haven, even though he was right there.
Ohohohohohoho! I'd hate to be in the bunny's shoes right now …wipped the dog one too many times…and now he's off the leash..Humph heh.. sucks to be you Bunneh!
Oh SNAP!!
frickasee rabbit lightly on the mayo please
It occurs to me that the fool might not have ever been under the bunny's control.
