Episode 162
If you are a new reader, you might want to subscribe to “Holiday Wars” as well as start reading it from the beginning. Once you’re caught up on the main storyline then checkout the side stories in “Tales of Holiday’s Past.”
So why can Ground Hog’s Day speak English, but Rudolph can’t? Quite simple: Rudolph isn’t a Holiday. He’s a flying reindeer.
First? (maybe … )
I love that Rudolph speaks in WingDings … 😉
BTW, I think you missed a "T": " … carry the two of you to where the holiday spirit is hidden."
Before we go to print I think I'll have someone draw a custom font for him by hand, but for now it works like it is. I tested over 300 fonts and this was the closest to what I wanted.
I swapped out the font for now. Still plan on re-doing it though.
I wonder what he's been up to all those years…
Sounds like a great set-up for a "ToHP" story, doesn't it? 🙂
it cant be that easy, directly to the spirit now ay, there has to be some interfering i this quest..
Why? If Santa meant for her to find it shouldn't it be easy for her to find?
because….
if we let a story this exciting go the way of to 1 person that gives one thing to the person that been chosen to find holiday spirit, makes it seem easier then thought of in a way she only had few conflicts thru the entire story{most was with her school and few other rogue holidays that was on the bunny side..
i would had hoped to see her try to fight the bunny or at least hear the bunny side of why he doing this{sorry to much james bond when growing up}, and i mean not thru flash backs{ which did shed some insight on to why he doing this, if i was tegan i would want to here from the bunny himself
I see… you're associating "finding the spirit" with "the end of the story." Remember, we are just past the halfway point and have a full year left before Volume 1 wraps.
So whether or not Rudolph actually takes her to it or not doesn't matter in the sense that there is still a lot more story left. The things that you are concerned about will be addressed just it may or may not happen before or after she does or doesn't find The Holiday Spirit.
okay, thank you for saying that i wasn't trying to associate finding the spirit but in away in my eyes did seem like that was a coming to end phase of the story, but you are right it i was due how fast paced the story was going it seemed like it ending .
well can you blame me for not wanting it to end to fast.
and i was hoping the Rudolph wouldn't bring her directly to santa, but i can see what you mean even if he does or doesn't mean the end of the story
thank you!
Hmmm… who will she pick as her companion? And what will be the end result of that choice? Things that make me go "hmmmmm".
This sequence will wrap within the next week or week and a half so you'll know very soon. As for the long term results… the ramifications will last throughout Act II and into Act III.
it would be really cool if they were flying and had this epic air battle..like dodging arrows and flying eggs and stufff..like some powerful person shows up and it like.."i won't like u get the spirit"
I was thinking more along the lines of something like… They get to the place where the spirit is and decide to make cookies. So then they have a big cookie party and everyone comes and it's a fun time. …only the cookie dough was poisoned by The Bunny and everyone is killed. MUHAHAHAHA!
… cookies fall, everyone dies …
😉
…I'm pretty sure Taylor's gonna be like "I helped the Bunny get to Santa, you guys go. I'll stay." And then, because Wallace is just cool that way, he's gonna hop on Rudolph's back while Tegan either tells Taylor she needs him to come too or have an emotional good bye with him.
This scene wraps on the 18th so you'll have all your answers a week from tomorrow!
So that's wht they say "they used to laugh and call him names"…….because they are all dead.
Exactly LOL!
