Can The Fool be killed? We’ve seen him shape shift at will into pretty much whatever he wants. We’ve also seen that there is almost no limits to his powers. Is there any Holiday or power that can stand up to him? (hehehe I know what’s going to happen, but what do you think?)

Man, April Fools Day is always such a "Buzz" Kill. 🙂 I don't think his mom would have sent him out there if she didn't think he could handle it, but I have a feeling this is going to be a tough match.
I would guess that he (it?) would be tough to kill, but if you could, my money would be on FIRE. Acid too, I suppose, but fire would be a lot more readily available.
He could have made hand-saws, but he went for the boob-saws. I think that tells you something about him.

we already saw AFD dissipate when sprayed with water, so if sprayed with gas, oil, or some other flammable he may again dissipate, and then be burned to death.
